Spring is a lovely time of year here in the Vale. Primroses and wood anemones are still in flower and the bluebells and wild garlic are just appearing in the woods. Went for a good walk up to Bryn Alyn to see the limestone pavement on Sunday. An hour’s walk and we were ready for lunch at the Sun Inn in Eryrys.
We’d recommend this walk with its varied scenery and good views from the top – and it’s mostly downhill from the pub.
You can download a map and directions from Rural Walks in Denbighshire. This walk is number 17.
